The design rationale focuses on a clear separation of public and private functions, utilizing a stepped massing strategy to house the double-height cremation equipment while maintaining a welcoming, human scale at the administrative entrance.
The program is efficiently organized to support the cemetery's daily operations, combining a crematorium, administrative offices, and a maintenance workshop under one roof. The architectural language employs a durable, industrial-inspired palette to ensure longevity, reflecting the permanence of its setting while providing a functional workspace for staff and a comfortable environment for families making arrangements.
