Located in an industrial focused area in Coquitlam city, this project aims to repurpose the use of an existing commercial building to become a place of worship. With a building footprint of 11,584 SF, the client wishes to accommodate institutional and cultural needs while retaining spaces for commercial office usage. This project is undergoing OCP Amendment and Rezoning proposal.
